Posting rules
Every post, photo and edit is read by an automatic check before it appears. Clear posts go up; unclear ones wait for the site owner; posts that break a rule are turned down and you see why.
Turned down
- Selling, buying, trading or sourcing anything, including vendor links, prices and “DM me”.
- Anyone under 18.
- Names, addresses or other details about other people.
- Telling readers what or how much to take. Saying what you took yourself, in an experience report, is fine.
- Spam and posts that aren't about growing or your own experience.
- Asking for or offering anything illegal.
- Photos with faces or people, anything that shows where someone lives, other drugs, weapons, nudity or price tags.
Notes and edits
Notes on a strain, a grow report or a photo are checked like posts and sit under what they're about; they never change it. You can edit your own grow reports, experience reports and photo notes from your posts. An edit is checked before it replaces what's up, and the site owner can see earlier versions. To fix a strain's summary, use “Suggest an edit” on its page.
Always checked by the owner
New strain pages and edits to a strain's summary never go live on their own.
Reporting and removal
Signed-in members can report any post with the Report link under it. Anyone can use Report a problem for takedowns and safety concerns. You can delete your own posts from your posts. Accounts that break these rules are banned.
Who can post
To keep spam out, posting needs a Reddit account that is at least a month old with some karma. A new member's first few posts and photos are always checked by the site owner.
Your data
Sign-in is through Reddit. We keep your Reddit username and show it on your posts. Photo location and camera data are deleted when you upload.
